Welcome to Packard Lofts
Built in 1913 in the traditional Beaux-Arts style of the time, it was originally known as the Cuyler-Lee Showroom where luxury automobiles such as the Packard were sold and serviced. Madison Park completed the development of this project in 2008.
Over 100 years after it was built, the building is now home to 24 spacious live/work lofts with 14-16 foot high ceilings, large windows, beautiful new modern kitchens with maple cabinetry and granite countertops. At the street level, the building features two retail spaces and a secure indoor parking garage.
A Place to Live and Enjoy
Packard Lofts is just blocks from some of Oakland’s most popular hotspots and dining destinations, including Parche, The Wolf, Drake’s Brewery, and Agave. You’ll also be close to iconic entertainment venues like the Paramount Theatre and the Fox Theatre, as well as everyday conveniences such as Starbucks—putting the best of dining, nightlife, and culture right outside your door.
